Who are your tours designed for?

Our tours are ideal for travellers who love a well-organised holiday experience with the bonus of departing from right here in Stanthorpe or Warwick, QLD. Many of our guests are locals, but we also welcome friends, family, and fellow adventurers from across Australia who want to travel together with ease.

What types of tours do you offer?

We specialise in personally escorted international group tours that are relaxed, inclusive, and full of meaningful experiences. While we’re proud to be a Scenic Diamond Agency—a designation that recognises our deep expertise in Scenic’s luxury cruises and tours—we work with a wide range of highly respected tour companies including Emerald Cruises, Bunnik, Intrepid, and other reputable, often Australian-owned travel partners.

Our journeys range from European river cruises and cultural getaways to adventure tours like kayaking in New Zealand or gorilla trekking in Rwanda. Many itineraries include exclusive experiences—like behind-the-scenes access or private tastings. For example, on our upcoming Emerald cruise in partnership with Tobin Wines, we’ll visit the French cooperage that crafts their wine barrels.

Being a Scenic Diamond Agency also means our team has specialist knowledge, access to premium benefits, and often hosts VIP client events with industry insiders. It’s part of the extra care we take to ensure every journey is seamless and special.

Do you organise everything for the trip?

Yes! We take care of the planning so you can focus on the adventure.
We handle all bookings, including flights, accommodation, transfers, and insurance. While we partner with trusted tour operators for on-the-ground support, you’ll always book directly with Helloworld Travel Stanthorpe.

What’s the difference between Journeys by U Globe and Helloworld Travel Stanthorpe?

Journeys by U Globe is the brand we use for our hosted group departures. Behind the scenes, you’ll still be working with the same friendly team at Helloworld Travel Stanthorpe.
All enquiries, bookings, and payments are handled through our store—and most tours are overseen by Aly Torrisi, who’s your go-to expert for tour-specific questions.

What’s included in your group tours?

Inclusions vary by tour, but most of our group packages cover:

  • Accommodation and transport
  • Generally daily activities and excursions
  • Tipping & Gratuities
  • Most meals (depending on the itinerary)
  • Support from your local tour host

Plus, we add a few personal touches to make your journey even more enjoyable:

  • A pre-departure catch-up to meet your fellow travellers
  • A group messenger or WhatsApp chat to stay connected and informed during the trip
  • Photos taken by your host along the way, shared with you after the journey as lasting memories

Each itinerary will outline exactly what’s included, and we’ll walk you through any optional extras at the time of booking.

What if I’m travelling solo?

You’re more than welcome! We offer solo pricing on many of our tours, and we’ll talk you through your options—whether that’s a private room or pairing with another solo traveller of the same sex if available.

Are your tours suitable for people with mobility or dietary needs?

We do our best to accommodate everyone. Please let us know at the time of booking if you have:

  • Mobility concerns
  • Dietary requirements
  • Medical conditions we should be aware of.  (Please note additional insurance coverage may be required and may be at an additional cost.)

Each tour varies in terms of physical activity, so we’ll let you know if there are steep walks, uneven terrain, or long days of sightseeing.

What documents do I need?

For international tours:

  • A booking form will be provided to collect your relevant details.
  • You must have a valid passport with at least 6 months validity from your return date.
  • Some destinations may require visas—we’ll guide you through the process.  (This is at an additional cost.)
  • Travel insurance is also required by all group attendees.
What’s your cancellation and refund policy?

Each tour has its own terms depending on our partners and suppliers.
